No Contract Membership Terms - You are not tied into your membership for a specific amount of time and so you can cancel at anytime by giving 30 days notice via email to info@sweatstopfitness.co.uk. 

Annual Membership Terms - In purchasing an annual membership you are committing to your membership for one year. As we are aware that things can change drastically in a year we will allow you to cancel your membership early with 30 days notice which needs to be sent to info@sweatstopfitness.co.uk. However will charge each month that you have been a member at the No contract membership rate and will refund you the remaining if applicable.

Membership Payments - Your membership payment will be taken on the 1st day of each month. If this payment is unsuccessful it will be retried. 

Membership Cancellation - You can cancel your membership at any time by giving us 30 days notice by emailing us at info@sweatstopfitness.co.uk

Members must be 16 and over. Anyone who is under this age prohibited from entering the gym unless they are here for a children's class. Do NOT bring children into the gym as this is not a safe space for children​. You are responsible and liable for your children.

Liability - As a member or pass holder, you acknowledge the risks of exercise and agree not to hold the gym liable for injuries. You acknowledge that the gym is often unmanned and you are responsible for your safety when in the gym. We will ensure that the gym is as safe as possible for you to train independently.

Health - Members must be in a suitable state of health to exercise and should not use facilities if unwell, under the influence of substances, or if they have an infectious disease. 

Conduct - We prohibit aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour. You must tidy weights or anything used away when done in order to keep the gym tidy and hazard free.

Reporting - Members must report any accidents or injuries to us by emailing us at info@sweatstopfitness.co.uk

Medical - When joining you will have filled in a Par - Q (Medical questionnaire) Everything on this par -q must be correct and up to date. 

Equipment - Treat equipment with respect and wipe it down after use. Please place the equipment back where they belong when you are finished with them and and put any discarded items in the bins provided in order to keep a tidy, hazard free environment.

Personal belongings - Please look after your personal belongings, the gym is not responsible for members belongings. If you find personal items that do not belong to you, please hand them in to staff or leave them behind reception. 

Food and drink - Food and drink can be consumed in the gym however you must tidy away any discarded items into the bins provided and tidy the space you have used. 

Access - Do NOT allow anyone else into the building. If you are coming with someone else you will both need to scan. Anyone who cannot gain access to the building should not be in the building. Membership fines will be incurred if this rule is broken.

Dress code - Appropriate exercise clothing must be worn. Please do not train in the gym topless.

Staff - We have a zero tolerance policy on disrespecting and abusing our staff. This will lead to membership termination

Other restrictions - Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes is usually prohibited. Pets are generally not allowed.

Privacy - Member data is stored on our membership system Clubright and can only be accessed by our staff. This data will not be given to any third party organisations.

Facility closure - The gym reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance, repairs, or other safety reasons. We will aim to give you as much notice as possible if any closure is required.

Misuse - SweatStop Limited reserve the right to terminate membership and ban access to those who break the terms and conditions.
